Alzheimer Society Chatham-Kent
Our mission is to improve the quality of life of people affected by Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias through superior programs and research. We do this by; providing counselling, support services and education to anyone affected by Alzheimer’s disease or related dementias. Our services include: Individual and Group Counselling, Cognitive Testing, Safely Home Wandering Registry, In-Home Respite Services (provided by PSW’s), Day Programs (Wallaceburg and Chatham), Education and Public Awareness, Resource Centre and Lending Library. We contribute to and participate in research.
